Automatic emails and notices

Everything you write by hand today —"your photos are ready", "here is the link again", "I need your father to confirm this"— the system sends on its own.

What it does

FotoHook sends the emails that hold the circuit together: verification on sign-up, password recovery with a temporary link, guardian consent when someone under fourteen registers, and notices about what happens with an order.

The emails talk about your gallery, not about a platform the client has never heard of. Nobody should have to wonder who is writing to them.

None of this needs a mail server to configure, a sending tool to subscribe to, or an API key to paste.

How it works, step by step

Someone registers

The verification email goes out with its link. Until it is confirmed, the account is not usable.

If they are a minor, the guardian is emailed

A sign-up under fourteen triggers the consent email to the parent or guardian, with its confirmation link.

Someone forgets their password

They request the link from the sign-in screen and get it straight away. The link expires and works once.

An order comes in

It is recorded and the client has their download available in their area as soon as the payment clears.

You open a ticket

Support answers inside the dashboard and the conversation stays next to what you asked.

Details worth knowing

Sent in your name

Emails go out from the FotoHook domain and refer to your gallery by name.

Single-use links

Verification, recovery and consent links carry a unique token and expire.

No third-party platforms

Your client list is never sent to an external bulk-email service.

No marketing

These are service emails. FotoHook never writes to your clients to sell them anything.

Who it is for

Anyone who has lost an afternoon forwarding links. In a school with twenty classes, the difference between notifying by hand and letting the system do it is a week of work.

Frequently asked questions

You have their addresses in the client list. Bulk campaign sending is not part of this version; the emails FotoHook sends are the ones the circuit needs.

It can happen with any sender. That is why access does not depend on email alone: you can always create the client's account yourself and pass on the access another way.

No. They are data you are responsible for and we process on your behalf, solely to provide the service.
