The private area your client sees
Your clients do not get a bare link: they sign in to a private area under your brand where everything of theirs lives, from the photos to what they have bought.
What it does
On signing in, the client sees their events, each with its cover, and inside them the groups they have access to. No menus that are no use to them and no photos from other jobs: only theirs.
Inside a gallery they get the watermarked grid, a full-size viewer to look at photos in detail and, if sales are on, the price and an add-to-cart button on each one.
Besides looking, they can mark favourites —their own list, which also tells you what they liked— and, when you enable it, vote on photos.
If there are sales, they have their cart with quantities, their order history and their downloads. And in any case their settings: name, password and language.
All with your logo, your colours and in whichever of the five languages they choose. The client's first impression on seeing their photos is yours, not a platform's.
How it works, step by step
They sign in
With the account created when they registered by QR, or the one you made for them. Password recovery is self-service, so you do not end up doing tech support.
They see their galleries
The events and groups assigned to them, each with its cover and photo count.
They look and select
Grid, full-size viewer, favourites and votes. What they look at feeds your statistics.
They buy if they want to
Add to cart from the photo itself, adjust quantities, apply a coupon if they have one and pay by card.
They download what they paid for
From their orders section, with the expiring link and the download counter.
They manage their account
Name, password or gallery language, whenever they like.
Details worth knowing
Only what is theirs
Access is tied to the group: even if they guessed an address, the system checks on every request that the photo belongs to them.
Full-size viewer
It loads the large version, not the thumbnail, so they can judge the photo before buying it.
Five languages
Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician and English. The client picks and it is remembered.
Built for the phone
Most of your clients will look at the photos on their phone, so the gallery was designed there first.
No ads, no third parties
No advertising, no buttons from other platforms and no external trackers in your clients' gallery.
Access to composites
If the client is a pupil on a class composite, they also get their composite section, with their photo and the template vote.
Who it is for
This is the part your clients will judge. You can have the best dashboard in the world, but what the family remembers is what it was like to see their photos for the first time.
It also saves you work: once a client has a place of their own, they stop emailing you for the link they lost.
Frequently asked questions
No. It is a website: it opens in the browser on a phone or a computer, with no apps and no sign-ups on third-party platforms.
They recover it themselves from the sign-in screen, with a link sent by email. You do not have to get involved.
Yes, with their account, from wherever they like. What is limited is downloading the original, not access to the gallery.
They see your logo, your colours and your gallery name. FotoHook stays in the small print and the legal texts.
