Client management and permissions
The client list is the map of who can see what. From there you create accounts, assign galleries, block access or check what each person has bought.
What it does
Everyone who enters your galleries is a user of your account, not an anonymous link. They have a name, an email, the galleries you assigned them and a history of what they have viewed and bought.
Assignment is what rules: a user sees exactly the groups assigned to them and nothing else. You can add or remove galleries at any time and the change takes effect immediately.
When access stops making sense —a closed job, someone who should no longer be inside— you block it from the same list. Nothing needs deleting and no history is lost.
How it works, step by step
They land in the list
Through QR sign-up, an event link or because you created them. They all end up in the same list, with search and pagination.
You assign them galleries
Tick the groups each one should see. A client can hold galleries from several events at once.
You check their activity
Their record shows the galleries they have, what they marked as a favourite and the orders they placed.
You block if you need to
One click makes the access inactive. The user can no longer sign in, but their orders and history stay put.
Details worth knowing
Per-group view
Besides the general list, each gallery has its own list of users: handy for knowing how many of the twenty-six pupils have already registered.
Search and sorting
The list is a table with search, column sorting and pagination, not an endless scroll.
No limit on clients
No plan limits the number of users or charges per login. The only thing measured is photo storage.
Minimal data
Only what is needed to grant access is asked for. The less client data you hold, the less you have to protect.
Clients manage their own account
They change their name, their password and the gallery language from their settings, without emailing you.
Who it is for
Anyone working on recurring jobs: if the same school hires you every year, their families are already in your list and assigning them to the new gallery takes seconds.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. You create it from the dashboard with their name and email, assign the galleries, and they receive access by email.
Their orders are kept. If you re-enable them, they get back what they had, including their downloads while those are still valid.
Yes, and that is what to do when they ask: the Regulation gives them the right to erasure. Deletion removes their personal data and their access.
